Our Mission Statement: Located in Southeast Michigan, Junkyard Dogs, Inc. (JYD) is an innovative 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the training and education of people to promote responsible dog ownership with a focus on rescue.


JYD Flyball Club’s Purpose: Is to allow members and their dogs to participate in an enjoyable, athletic, activity together, while strengthening the communication and bond with his/her dog. Since Flyball is an amateur sport, the guiding principle is to make the club fun for all
NAFA is the North American Flyball Association founded on November 5, 1984 It was started in the interest of promoting good sportsmanship in the training and exhibition of dogs competing in Flyball. In North America, Flyball is governed by two groups one of which is NAFA. The group sets forth rules, regulations, and a code of ethics to be followed by all who wish to participate in their sanctioned Flyball competition.
