Willie is a 5 year old Patterdale Terrier who was given to Deb's 86 year old neighbor at 6 months of age. To keep Willie from running off, the neighbor kept him on a 5-foot leash inside and out, so all he could do was run in circles. the sixth time Willie escaped, Deb relieved the neighbor of Willie and tried to adopt him out for a year. It's then she decided to adopt him. Willie now has titles in both flyball and agility- but it was no easy road to train a terrier who did nothing with his brain the first 1.5 years of his life. Deb had lots of help training Willie and the stick-to-it-tiveness has paid off for her and Willie, who is a great little dog - even if he is a Terrier.
